Term and Condition

1. The rates are applicable for single or double occupancy and strictly for adults, and applicable for families occupancy for three bedroom villas
2. Period of staying valid for minimum 2 (two) nights consecutive stay during low season and 3 (three) nights consecutive stay in high season & peak seasons.
3. Check in & check out:
   Check-in time at 14.00 and check out time at 12.00. Early check in is subject to villas availability
4. Reservation Guarantee:
   One night deposite is require to secure your reservation in Low Season
   50% deposit is require to secure the reservation in High & Peak season instead of total payment
   Deposite are non refunable
   The reservation will secured by authorization credit card form fill it prior reservation made it
5. Cancellation policy & Period:
   Low Season :
   7 days prior arrival date reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee as 1 (one) night accomodation rate

Cancellation occured less than 7 days prior arrival date will be subject to cancellation fee as full night accomodation rate

High season ( July 15 to august 31 ):
Cancellation occured 14 days prior arrival date, reservation will be subject to cancellation fee as 50% from total nights. Cancellation less than 14 days prior on arrival date will subjet to cancellation fee as a full night accomodation rate.

Peak Season ( December 20 to January 7 )
Cancellation accurred 21 days prior arrival date, reservation will be subject to cancellation fee as 50% from total nights. Cancellation less than 21 days prior on arrival date will subject to cancellation fee as a full night accomodation rate

• No Show Policy: No show as well as early departure will subject to full room night charged
• Day Use:
  A 50 % from the applicable rate is applied for late check out until 18:00
  Any extension stay exceeding 18:00 will consider of a full room charge
• Payment policy:
  All rate are quoted in US$ and are payable in US$, or in IDR based on villa exchange rate on date of issue. Type of payment available by credit card (Visa, Master & amex) or by cash basis
